The brightest offering in our collection. For this selection, we wanted to find something that reminded us of the coffees that got us interested in specialty coffee. After much sampling we decided to select this offering from Ethiopia due to its medium to light body, coupled with prominent blueberry, yuzu, and vanilla flavors. This coffee is fantastic as a pour over, but will shine in any brew method.
